Bruce Willis is retiring after 42 years since his debut. The actor has more than 140 films to his credit, unfortunately, in recent years he has focused solely on quantity rather than quality. Willis’ daughter revealed that her father suffers from aphasia, which prevents him from normal functioning. The crews of his recent films knew about the problems long before the announcement.

“It was impossible to work with him,” filmmakers say.

Rumer Willis reported on social media that her father suffers from aphasia, “which affects his cognitive abilities.” Aphasia is a speech/language function disorder that can occur due to a brain tumor or after an injury to an area of the central nervous system. It usually occurs in people after stroke, cerebral infarction and stroke.

The sad news came as no surprise to the makers of recent movies starring Bruce Willis, who has been making them in wholesale quantities. In 2021 alone, he appeared on the posters of eight nightmarishly rated B-grade productions. And there are a second as many awaiting release.
