Skiing is a great sport, which is great for developing fitness and is a lot of fun. However, it is important to remember that we are talking about a rather demanding activity. Demanding, but is it difficult? Well, not necessarily. How to ski?

Many people think that winter does not create favorable conditions for undertaking any physical activity outdoors. Short days, low temperatures, precipitation — after all, in such conditions it is easier to get the flu and catch an injury than to get in shape. However, it is important to remember that winter neglect will be felt for the rest of the year.

Enough excuses, it’s time to get out from under the warm blanket and get some exercise. My suggestion? Skiing! It’s a great full-body workout that strengthens all muscle parts, stimulates the cardiovascular system and improves coordination. How to ski well? Let’s start with the basics.
